Caribbean Racehorse Watchlist & Reporting
Report concerns, document patterns, and help bring visibility to horses who may be at risk.
Why This Matters
Racehorses rely entirely on human decision-making for their care and racing schedules. When concerns go unreported, horses may continue to compete under conditions that put their health at risk.
Documenting concerns helps identify patterns, increase visibility, and support accountability. Even one report can contribute to a larger picture that would otherwise go unseen.
What This Is
A reporting system for credible concerns about racehorses at risk due to injury, overuse, transport, or decline. Submissions are reviewed and documented to support welfare monitoring and advocacy. Inclusion does not establish wrongdoing.
What To Report
Report concerns such as prior injury, frequent starts, age-related decline, high lifetime starts, declining performance, recent import or claim activity, or visible distress. Any credible welfare concern is relevant.
How It Works
Submit a report with details and supporting information. Each submission is reviewed for credibility and risk. Horses may be monitored, added to a watchlist, or escalated as needed.
Supporting Evidence
Helpful information includes race history, timelines, veterinary records, photos or video, and documentation related to sale, claim, or transport. Evidence strengthens review but is not required.
How Information Is Used
Watchlist summaries may be shared monthly with relevant racing authorities to support oversight and follow-up. This sharing increases visibility and does not imply wrongdoing.

Privacy & Confidentiality
You may submit anonymously and control how your information is used. All submissions are handled with care and reviewed before any action is taken.
Aftercare & Placement
We do not take possession of horses. If you are willing to offer a home, that information may be shared with the appropriate racing commission for coordination through accredited aftercare organizations.
What Happens Next
You will receive a confirmation email. We may follow up if needed. Not all submissions are published, but all credible concerns are documented and reviewed.
